friday im in love

I absolutely cannot wait for Friday. It will be the first and last time home in the Bay Area in a long time.

Also simultaneously, I will be spending good time with great friends. It worries me a little to think that it's two groups of friends... will they get along, will I have to run back and forth a la Scooby Doo, will anyone get offended, etc. A few people I am confident will get along well, others I'm worried about. Ah well, it'll be good to see my home friends and good to spend close time with my Irvine friends, come what may.

We haven't really planned anything out except for what we are going to eat. Tentatively we will be on the road from Irvine at 5am. Whenever we get to San Fran, we will spend the rest of the day there until the show. I've already given everyone fair warning that I will be absolutely atrocious that night.

I diplomatically told my Irvine people that I'm going to spend Friday night with Milpitas, but promising that all of Saturday will be with them.

Saturday we've decided that we're going to have Barney's burgers, three pounds of ice cream (in under twenty minutes) at Fenton's Creamery, and coffee and pastries every other hour of the day.

As for substantive activity? We'll see what happens.

Hopefully I can get up early on Friday. Thursday looks like it will be very long and very busy. I might be going to a Banana Republic Lux member party with Tom Bunny, then straight to an International Club Mardis Gras party. I'm supposed to be setting up and in charge of music and supplies for the latter party. Eek.

Expect a picture overload come Saturday or Sunday (to make up for the past five days, which I've just noticed have been glaringly empty).
